Open Days / Visits
We would love to meet you and show you what we do at The Learning Tree. We offer appointments during term time, usually on a Tuesday at 3pm or a Thursday at 12pm. If you would like to come and see us do please get in touch and we can arrange an appointment to suit.
Trial Days
We can work with you to arrange a trial day / days so that your child can have the opportunity to experience all aspects of The Learning Tree and you can assess whether it is right for your child.
Once you’ve have finalised your decision to join us, we can discuss and agree the most suitable start date for your child, then complete a small amount of paperwork and once you have paid the deposit we are all ready to go!

Fees
Fees for the academic year 2023 – 2024
We operate a three term calendar and are open for 15 hours per week. The fees for children aged 5-11 years (school years 1-6) are £1695 per child per term. Reception aged children who are not yet 5 are welcome to attend in the mornings only and fees are adjusted accordingly.
Place Acceptance Deposit
On acceptance of a place, a deposit of £500 per child is payable. This deposit is held and refunded against the child’s final term’s tuition fees, less any monies owing at that time. A term’s notice must be given in writing if you wish to cancel the place; notice received later than this will incur that term’s tuition fees.
Payment Terms
The term’s fees are payable in advance by the first day of each term. Payment should be made by standing order or by electronic funds transfer.
